Ka Noni's in da hauz, yeah yeah!
i completely missed my countdown yesterday. i had a lot on my plate at work and at home, and i was too excited to get home to see my new cam!!!
mej mabigat yung canon sd700, which, for me, is good. i tend to "swing" things around kasi, and if i can't "feel" my camera, i increase the chances of bumping it to something. the build was nice, controls take a little getting used to (but i get to navigate without reading the manual/guide, so i guess it's pretty straightforward), and overall look is impressive. =)
i can't give a full detailed report, as i haven't tested it yet. i just tried shooting a few frames, tried the flash, the continuous shooting thing, and the video recorder. the thing that impressed me the most is the speed. and that's still using the standard SD card. i bought the ultra II, which is ~60x speed, compared to the standard ~40x. i sure hope there's a noticeable difference.
thursday na! i just need to get through this day and tomorrow, then we're off to NY! di pa ko nagi-impake, gosh, sana wala akong maiwan! i'm a little worried about the clothes, kasi wala kami masyadong winter clothes. hopefully the jackets will be enough.
and i feel bad for je, kasi tambak ang trabaho nya sa office ngayon. leaving early on friday and coming in late on monday, plus the lost "possible work time" on the weekend, they certainly won't help him meet his deadlines. sana matapos na nya. kayang-kaya naman nya yung work eh, marami lang talaga. hayyyy.

we're going out for dinner on Friday night, kasi nasa DC pala sya ng Saturday for another party. eh Sunday nasa NJ naman kami. so ok na rin, kain lang tsaka chikahan siguro. =) i'll tell her you said hello.
