umphdate

update on my 30-minutes-a-day exercise... so far, saturday, sunday, monday, wednesday and today, thursday... i skipped tues dahil sobrang pagod na ko from the DC classes at work.

kung nung saturday, halos mahimatay na ko nung first 20 minutes, i think i can do 40 now bago ako himatayin. *lol*

it's a good sign that i can make it to 30 mins without feeling like i'm gonna die any moment. nasasanay na kaya yung katawan ko? is it time for a longer workout?

nahhh. i'll just bump up the resistance from 1 to 2. hehehe! cheating. =P
