i have a lot to be thankful for...
- we got our plane tickets to pinas na! woot woot!
flying out of TPA sa umaga ng Dec25, arriving in MNL umaga din ng Dec27.
flying out of MNL sa umaga ng Jan11, arriving in TPA umaga din ng Jan12.
we have a 14 hour overlay sa LA. hubby je and i figured we could go around the city and probably visit friends or relatives near the area. it's a $200/ticket difference kung gusto namin yung 2 hour overlay lang eh. ayos na rin. we'll keep our $400, tingkyuberimats! hehe!
- nag-inquire na ko sa Davao Pearl Farm Resort! i'm so excitement! haha! after the sorta-traumatic vacation sa Bohol last time, i am sooo looking forward to the restful and laid-back atmosphere of Pearl Farm.
btw, may nabanggit yung isang kaibigan ko na island for rent.... buena vista island resort... homayghad! gusto kong pag-ipunan! imagine, the entire island for yourself! is is da layf! one day....
- i'm attending the Dale Carnegie Course, tuition paid by the company, hehe! classes every tuesday night, 6-9:30pm. it's supposed to be for managerial chuva, pero i guess ako ang guinea pig nila. it's fun. i get to meet a lot of people from other companies, and i'm finally overcoming my fear of public speaking. i think. hehe!
- the bday preps of madir is underway! finally, she stopped the resistance and cooperated. hopefully ma-withdraw na ni madir yung pang-down nya. kailangan nang kumilos!
- friends and family are all safe after the Ondoy calamity. thank God! although maraming kailangang lumangoy, at maraming nawalan ng gamit sa bahay, at least hindi buhay ang nawala. and most of my friends are very positive naman kahit nasalanta sila. some are thankful na nasa bahay sila with their moms. yung iba thankful na kasama nila yung mga anak nila. may iba rin na hindi naman masyadong binaha. it breaks my heart to see those pics and vids online. kaya this is something to be thankful for, that my family and friends are alive!
