w880i... on the way to mommah!
most of my friends who gave me some suggestions on which phone to get will probably hit me in the head right now. even before i get to read the comments on my previous entry, i've already ordered the W880i from TigerDirect online. hehe! i've decided to play deaf to the voice of reason, and just jump with both feet in. W880i it is!
i had it delivered to my relatives in NY, to save $30. how did that happen? well, if i order online and have it ship to a FL address, i will be charged a $30-tax. pag sa NY or other states ko ipapaship, no tax! how weird is that? and how madaya! =P
since my tito humphrey is coming to FL this coming thursday, i decided to have the phone ship to NY, then bibitbitin na lang nila pagpunta nila dito. hopefully it'll make it in time. scheduled delivery date was the 27th. eh 28th yung flight nila tito humphrey, so please please mr. postman, hurry up! hehehe! but even when the phone won't make it in time, it will only take around $10 to (re)ship the phone from NY to FL, so i'd still save $20. hehehe! kurips no? =P pwede ko na rin pang-fastfood-lunch for 3 days yon ah! ;-P
anyways, as promised, i'm sharing something that hubby je forwarded to me about iPhones... and they actually make sense. here you go:

I've asked someone about that once and they said that if the physical store is located within the same state as the buyer, then they have to charge sales tax ... if not, then they're not obliged to pay sales tax ....that's one of the factors I check out as well when buying electronic stuff online ... laki din kse ng patong =) ...
btw, congrats on your new phone! =) ... I'm sure you'll enjoy it =)
