Bye Bye Skye
our brown landcruiser which was affectionately known to my friends as "Skye" was traded-in for a green pajero na. actually, that was just the first part of the story. the green pajero, which hasn't been named yet, was found to have lots of "mechanical problems" so my folks decided to trade it in yet again with a silver Honda CRV. oh yes! my once dream car, is now being driven around by my family. hehehe! stick-shift nga lang. nadrive ko rin sya nung nasa pinas ako, suwabe! sa sobrang suwabe, namamatayan ako ng makina pag umaatras at pumaparada. wehehe! my papa drives it barefooted, para daw magamay nya muna yung clutch at gas. pasintabi kay Skye, but the CRV is much better in many ways... first off sa handling. walang kalampag. maganda pa ang interior. my only reklamo is para lang syang kotse sa dami ng maisasakay. at least twice, nakasalampak sa compartment si bro just to make sure na kasya kaming lahat pag yun ang gamit. hehehe! damn, i think we need a mini-van! ;-P
Whoa MOA!
super huuuuge! i didn't get to go around much. sa isang side lang kami ni bro, then ayos na ko. nakita ko lang yung ice skating rink, hanlaki! at may snow-snow pa kuno. when the "snow" started showering down, ang mga pinoys mega kumpol at kodakan na! what's funny was that spot-spot lang yung may snow. so talagang mega-squeeze sila together. hehehe! the place was huge, that when we went looking for Ba-yo and couldn't find it, we gave up kasi pagod na kami kakaikot! it is huge and modern looking. makes me proud to be pinoy!
eSeM San Lazaro
the most convenient store to us, next to sari-sari-suking-tindahan. when i need something, walkathon lang ng onti, nasa SM na ko. pag tamad, tricycle ng 30Php. super convenient talaga! only thing i hate is the traffic in the vicinity during rush hour. it got worse.

grabe dito! shoppers' paradise! i went with my cousin lei, who can bargain like there's no tomorrow. anlayo ng narating ng 4000Php ko! as in! nakabili na ko ng 2 tsinelas, 2 beach shorts, 2 pairs ng bathing suits, 5 pairs of earrings, 4 burloloy necklaces, 3 belts, 1 trendy shorts, at least 8 nice tops, and some stuff on the sides... oh and that included our lunch and ride fare too. =D
Retiro Pairs
in Tagalog, Retiro Pares... yung pares house sa tabi ng kalsada. eheheh! twice ako nakapunta. once with mama... second was takeout lang. nung kumain kami don ni mama, grabe, brings back memories talaga. the fast service, the ice cubes, the still-dripping-wet utensils... everything. it was perfect! nung nag-takeout kami, sa bahay kami kumain kaya it reminded me of the days naman na bumibili ako don pag galing sa second shift work at gutom na. ganon pa rin ang lasa. mas malaki lang ata ang siomai ngayon. =P
Almer's
di na sya katulad ng dati. iba na ang gravy, iba na ang mashpo. pati yung server iba na. i miss the raspy-voiced, long-haired waitress there. i wish they didn't let her go, parang sya yung essence ng almer's eh. hehehe! went there with borj nga pala. =)
Dentista Bisita
nothing new, sabi ng dentist ko, brush my teeth longer para di mabutas. will it work? i'll find out! hehehe! she's making me wear my retainers again. ulk! sinukatan ako at ayun nga, bagong retainers.
Ultrasound
sa takot na may biglang sakit na makita sa akin, i had 3 ultrasound exams... one sa belly, then sa chest area, at lastly, sa thyroid. they found something's off with my thyroid glands, so we went to my mom's endocrinologist to consult about the results of the ultrasound test.
Endoc-doc
sabi ni doc endocrinologist, medyo enlarged daw yung thyroid ko, pero di naman sya goiter. she prescribed some medicine that will help me reduce the enlargement. sabi nya, di naman harmful at hindi naman sya magiging sagabal sa pagbubuntis (for future plans), pero just to make sure lang daw. i'm to take it for a year, then ultrasound ulet. si doc mama, binili ako ng gamot good for 3 months lang muna, then magpatingin daw muna ako dito sa US bago ko ituloy yung gamot. masyadong matagal daw kasi ang one year for treatment, eh baka unnecessary naman. i trust my mom more, so ayun, iinom muna ako for 3 months. hehehe!

shocks nagutom tuloy ako namiss ko din bigla ang pares sa retiro. tsk layo kasi eh at bawal na ko mag pig out. d bale pag nanganak ako irerequest ko k hubby yan tutal 2 jeepney ride lang sha from uste. hehe
