inspired by a blog that's completely unrelated... read on and have your own list folks! di na ko magta-tag, alam ko busy kayo eh. hehehe! dapat 10 'to eh, kaya lang yung iba di ko pwedeng i-share, mweheheh!
Top 5 gimik adventures i'd never forget, and would probably tell my grandkids about in the future:
5. WindowsXP Launch Party (Makati) - with reeyuh.
this was on a Friday. expecting some techie stuff on a software launch party, we went there in office attire, read: business casual attire. when we got there, it was a wet n' wild party. who would've thought? so in our office pants, crisp blouse, leather heeled shoes and bags, we were soaking wet, holding a beer, and not learning about WindowsXP at all! that was the first ever sprinkler party i've been to. at first party na "over-dressed" ako. =P
4. Kelly Heights (Antipolo) - with ISM batch 2001.
not much dancing, but that much beer!!! after the baccaleaureate mass, the (ehem!) best batch of ISM went out for a few drinks at Kelly Heights in Antipolo. andami namin, kasi maraming may sasakyan sa amin, so nakapaghakot kami ng kasama. hehehe! we were having so much fun, and so much beer, i ended up "almost" drunk. all i remember was kuya jepjep scooping me off my feet and trying to throw me down the cliff. hehehe! after that, somebody took my car keys and wouldn't let me drive. i think it was lolo pol who drove my car. i was at the backseat, wasted. hehehe! the next morning, i asked how the others got home, sabi nila hinatid daw isa-isa. all those times, tulog ako. hehehe! kung saan-saan na kami nakarating, antipolo, novaliches, fairview, etc. hehehe!
3. Hard Rock (Makati) - with downna, maricor, caths, jet and thyra.
after having dinner, we decided to stay for the band at Hard Rock Cafe. when they started playing upbeat songs, me and the girls were ready to burn the calories we got from dinner. you could feel that everybody wants to dance but nobody wants to start, so we got up and headed straight to the dancefloor. in a few minutes, the dancefloor was packed! there's this group who must've gotten there the first time. they have their cameras while dancing, and boy, were they clicking away! so we decided to do some intruding. while their group posed for a snapshot, we squeezed in beside them and got into the "group pictures". hahaha! kakapal ng mukha! =P i wonder if they got those pics developed already. =P hindi lang isang beses, maraming beses kaming naki-pose, at talagang kulang na lang umakbay kami sa kanila. hehehe!
another incident on that same gimik, a lola joined our group on the dancefloor. grandma's so cooooool, she's trying the steps that we're doing, and you could tell she's having a nice time. sya lang yung hindi namin kabarkada dun sa group, per she fits in perfectly! reminds me of "Never Been Kissed" hahaha! =)
2. Pulsations (Dayton, OH) - with suzzy and donna.
end of work week, we went to Pulsations again. pagpasok namin, Mardi Gras night pala. the guys get free beads, and the girl with the most beads on her neck by midnight wins, i think, $200-$300. so sayaw-sayaw lang kami, when this girl on my right started flashing her boobs to a complete stranger! the guy even touched it as if weighing it! hahaha! na-shock ako, i just stared at her boobs too! =P then the guy gave the beads to her. she walked away as if nothing happened. =P
1. Virgin Cafe (Makati) - with erlyn.
out of boredom, and out of the desire to drive around, punta kami sa virgin cafe which was then in makati, where the Gold's Gym now stands. ordered lotsa drinks and a few pulutans, feeling rich kami! we danced as if there's no tomorrow, and we were even wild enough to dance with other clubbers on the ledge. back then, that was wild. hehehe! when we decided to call it a night, i asked for the bill and pulled out my credit card. turns out, they don't accept the kind of card i have!!! and Php120 lang laman ng wallet ko! eh magbabayad pa kami ng parking fee! erlyn's broke too, may pera din ata sya pero di rin abot sa bill namin! i have my ATM pero i just had it depleted, kaya wala din laman! akala ko maghuhugas na kami ng pinggan! we begged and begged pero they couldn't do anything about it, kasi hindi acknowledged yung card ko. so we ended up leaving my cellphone as collateral, and we promised to go back the next day to pay the bill. the crew were kind enough to make "abono". hiyang-hiya kami ni erlyn, halos kami na lang ata tao dun when we settled for that arrangement. then sa parking lot, sakto lang yung pera namin pang-parking! hahaha! buti na lang may gas pa kami and we don't need to load up soon. we went home shaking our heads, and laughing our asses off!

hahaha! eh ano kaya ang feeling ng bumalik kayo para tubusin ang cellfone? Ü gusto ko din ung wet & wild party.. never been to one..=D

haha wat happened then is we both had P500 initially. but then u paid for the gas and d dinner at saisaki. tpos i paid for the entrance sa virgin which is P300/head kasi nga daw sa taas tinatanggap ung card. and then all else is history.
hehe buti na lang nadaan natin sa charm ung dj.

suzzy! may isa pa tayong adventure sa Pulsations, remember the "indians" and "my crush"? hahaha! hilarious! =D
erlyn, naalala mo pa! galing! cellphone ko nga ba yung iniwan natin or something else? ang alam ko cell eh, di ba?
reeyuh and anshe, pag-uwi ko punta tayo sa sprinkler or foam party ha! masaya din yung foam, pero mas gusto ko yung sprinkler. hehehe!
ps to reeyuh: shatap espren!!! kaya nga ginawa ko lang top 5 eh. mwehehehe! ;-)

loka wala tayong iniwan, binayaran ng dj noh! tapos bumalik tayo nung ladies night para wala na entrance, binabayaran natin pero ayaw nung dj kaya binilan na lang natin sya ng dalawang kahon ata ng muffins. at binigyan ata tyo ng dalawang libo ni tita harriet nun kasi nakakahiya daw tayo!

hindi! iniwan natin cellphone ko! or hindi nga ba? =P check your journal! hehehe! basta ang alam ko, ni-prisinta natin yung cell ko, tsaka yung mismong ATM card. hahaha! but i do remember giving them muffins. at sumayaw pa rin ulet tayo when we got back there! umulit pa eh no? =P pero this time may pambayad na. mweheheh!
