Congratulations
to pareng Rommel and mareng Tenten

for fina-freakin'-lly tying the knot! =)

hubby je and i flew back to pinas last April 3 and stayed there till the 18th. well, 19th ng madaling araw, actually.

it's always fun flying back to pinas, there's the excitement and the longing and the promise of lots of chickenjoy and sisig and san mig light! pinas is just my heaven, no place like it in my heart. =)

andaming nangyari sa trip namin, but i can't remember them all in details. it feels like a blur. two weeks is a blur. although, whenever i see pictures or glimpses of the event, it comes back to me.

- being with my family again! my youngest cousin dharica is such a sweetheart! and my first and only pamangkin (so far), driyanna addorree, is sooo beautiful and bungisngis! =)

- being with friends! it's like high school all over again. only this time, our curfews are not set by our parents, but by their kids. haha! some of us can't stay out very late dahil kailangang mag-alaga ng anak. wow, how time flies talaga. who would've thought that a little creature could have us wrapped around their fingers? hehe!

- the food! chickenjoy, sisig, hipon, alimasag, tulya, tilapia, bangus, ampalaya, lomo... at kung anu-ano pa. lahat ng pagkain na di ko alam lutuin, or di ko kayang lutuin, nakain ko! tummy heaven talaga. and the good thing is, hindi nasira ang tiyan ko. maraming salamat yakult. hehe!

- the events! tenten's bachelorette party, the wedding itself, the surprise party for rommel and je, the surprise party for me and je!, je's cousins' graduation celebration, boracay trip with eileen, todd, and of course the newly-weds. plus may mga side trip pang inuman sa quattro, sa bahay, sa mga resto during dinners. also went to tagaytay with my family. kahit saan kami mapunta, it's always a memory to treasure. =)

- the everyday nothings. the early morning chats with my mama, the talks with my papa, and the pang-aasar with my bro. my cousins hanging out with us. my mommy letty scolding us to have a kid na. hehe! yeah, even that i enjoy now. i use to dread it. probably because we now know they only mean well, and well, they have nothing else to bug us about anymore. =P

i wished the vacay won't end. but like all good things, it did come to an end.

but although it ended pretty soon, i'm stuck with this hangover, and it should keep me strong until i could go home again.

*sigh* ang tagal ng 2012. i better do something to keep me preoccupied between then and now. *lol*

anyways, back to re-re-re-re-resurrecting my blog for the millionth time. i miss blogging. facebook really is killing my blog.

but i refuse. this is my therapy. i can post things here that i prefer not to share with all my 460 friends. hehe! i think i will keep the emotions at bay muna. i noticed i am very emotional lately, especially when looking at pics. i blame it on jetlag. =P

  • me too, fb is killing my blog. andun na mga pics, ang naiisip ko.

anyway.. i like the everyday nothings too. ganun din ako. i miss my daddy.. miss ko usapan namin, yung mga wala wala lang.. sya lang kasi maagang gumising sa bahay namin.. eh pag andun kami ni tsug, early riser din si tsug kaya ayun, sya lang kausap ko. miss ko yung pinagluluto ako tas yung lagi akong tatanungin kung ano gusto kong kainin.

    haay.

  • pareho tayo gewi, i like the everyday nothings a lot! si mama kasi gising na around 5 or 6 in the morning. maaga akong magising sa pinas, for some reason. =) tapos nagkukuwentuhan lang kami dun sa mini-office nya sa hall ng bedrooms. chismis about people, plans for the day, minsan mga plans sa buhay. hehe! hanggang sa isa-isa na silang magigising. hayyy.

i like it that i don't have to cook too! at lahat ng gustong kainin, niluluto or binibili talaga nila. hehe! my life in the US really pales in comparison.

sana talaga manalo na ako ng milyones sa lotto. *sigh*
