Je-opardy, EBs & werk
wow, a little over 2 weeks. parang palaki nang palaki ang gaps ng posts ko ah. =P
been a little busy organizing a get together party for Dec. yep you read it right, 11 months to go pa. but hey, i don't want to procrastinate. much. hehe! at bago pa magreact ang mga fwends ko kung bakit hindi ko kayo invited (naks, uso na ata ang hindi pag-invite ng fwends eh, haha!), it's not MY party... it's an EB for sarah supporters. oh yes, my addiction is that bad, that it now extends to supporting supporters of sarah. haha!
other than that, been a little busy at work din. at this rate, it's still the calm before the storm. so i can only imagine how crazy it's gonna be in a couple more weeks. may the force be with me.
updates, updates...
hubby je and i went to the Jeopardy try-outs sa HardRock Casino - Seminole last tuesday. sad to say, the doors closed an hour after the event started. 5-7pm daw, we got there at around 6pm, pero all slots were taken na daw. tsk. marami din ang nagtatanong pa, also in their business attire, siguro mga galing din sa office.
ang nakakairita lang, some of the security staff were not the friendliest peeps. matino naman kaming nagtanong, magalang pa nga. one lady security guard just said "they closed the doors" and proceeded to ignore us. as in within 2 feet apart lang kami nung kausap ko sya, pero talagang deadma na sya. hubby je was obviously pissed that he wanted to call on their manager. oh my. pag ganon na kagalit si mister, i know he can have that lady fired if he'd want to.
we walked off to cool our heads, but then, naisip namin, there's no point na magpumilit makapasok. hindi talaga ukol. so we just headed home, and decided to drown our "sorrow" with ice cream.
kahit nangangatog na ko sa ginaw, i joined hubby je and had a butter-pecan ice cream with chopped brownies. i guess it was really not my day, because i ordered for coffee ice cream, but the attendant got the butter-pecan by mistake. halos pareho kasi ng kulay eh. too bad for the attendant, she was on the receiving end of our bad day... wala tuloy syang tip. =P

Wow! very involved ka talaga kay Sarah G. ha. Am impressed! So, you the president of her fan club na ba? ;-)
Sayang! Di kayo naka-abot sa auditions. How cool would that be kung naging studio contestants kayo ni Alfredo! I'll be cheering you guys! And I'll tell everyone I know that I have high school friends on JEOPARDY!!!
Too bad ang rude ng mga tao. =(
Anywho, I hope next time Jeopardy comes over to Florida you guys can audition and join! =)
