here's what happened. vday morning... while je was in the shower, i sneaked out of the house, me still in my pajamas, to plant my surprise card on je's car. i saw his laptop on the passenger's seat, so i decided, i'd plant it there. mission accomplished. je left for work, unsuspecting.

vday night came, and you know what happened. dinner at BK, malt drinks, got drunk, got a massage, and...

anyways, until matapos yung vday, he didn't thank me for the card, so i figured, hindi pa nya binubuksan yung laptop nya.

and another day passed, and another day, and another day.... several days passed.

then out of nowhere, last night, je invited me for a weboggle game. the moment he opened his laptop, a card slipped down. "ano to?" he asked, then quickly recognized my handwriting. "happy valentine's day!" i quickly exclaimed, as surprised as he was. i almost forgot i gave him a card, and that he hasn't thanked me yet! geeeezzzzz, seven days in the making!

so there! although it was late, well, technically it was just in time, it was the thought that counts. he never fails to spoil my surprises. i'm always the one who gets surprised. =P
