new year updates

nope, i'm not getting crazy. i did sent out an email to my friends asking them to vote for SG. pero this time, walang bet. i just wanted to help out... not that i find sarah the most beautiful among the listed nominees, pero shempre, loyalty counts! hehehe! at this time, natapos na yung poll, pero wala pa namang pumalag sa mga friends ko. hehehe!

anyways, here are some random updates:

• salamat na marami sa mga nagpadala ng cards, text messages, emails, e-messages, at sa mga tumawag. bespren ria, sowee i missed your call, i was planning on returning your call, pero naisip ko sa new year na lang, para tipid. hahaha! tipirin ka daw ba? =P but it's very much appreciated gurl! miss you na! i know i haven't called you yet, eh new pa rin naman yung year eh. hehehe! =P
  
• even before my bet with hubby je ended, i got a wireless mouse na! xmas gift nya saken. hehehe! aside from that, i got the latest CD of Janet Jackson, and a hardbound copy of Mitch Albom's For One More Day. grabe, pinakyaw ni mister ang nasa wishlist ko sa amazon! hehehe! onti na lang natira, siguro pang-bday, v-day at anniv! hahaha! *lol*
• called up home nung xmas, nakausap ko sina tita hydee, lei, mommy letty, mama, papa, eibron, at pati si tatay nestor! had a hard time understanding him, pero one of his more audible sentences was "kelan ka uuwi dito?". kakatuwa, he's looking forward to "hearing" me again. (he can't see me na, halos bulag na si tatay eh.)
• went out with my teammates for 2 free lunches na. isa nung 22 sa isang pasta place, the other one nung 27 sa isang greek bistro. sa pasta house, i had grilled chicken with artichokes, mushroom and dried tomatoes. sa greek bistro, i had mousaka, which is ground beef, zuccini, eggplant and potatoes baked with bechemel sauce, kung ano man yon. pareho namang ok. sarap dito, daming freebies!
• wala na ang wii namin! huhuhu! we didn't find a wii for hubby je's youngest brother, so we wrapped up OUR wii and gave it to him. hati-hati kaming lahat sa gift na yon, and it was the consensus to do that. pag nakakuha na ulet kami ng wii (kelan kaya yon?), ipapalit namin discreetly dun sa binigay na sa bunso nila je. hehehe! buti na lang di nya napansing gamit na! when he opened the gift naman nung xmas day, it was worth the sacrifice, kasi tuwang-tuwa talaga sya! =D
• at work, i'm moving slowly sa mga work tickets ko. at least may napapagana naman ako kahit papano. hopefully makapagpaalam na ko for vacation, at sana mapayagan ako. *wishes hard* ipag-pray nyo naman ako na mapayagang mag-leave ng 2 weeks! i'm still gathering enough courage na magpaalam eh. =P hopefully before this week ends.
• lapit na bday ni bro! january 5! 21 years old na sya, pwede nang uminom! hehehe! yeah, as if. =P ay, pwede nang mag-asawa(?). please don't tell my mama i said that. sapoks ako non! habeerday cabron! =D
• year of the pig daw ang 2007? ano bang in store sa mga year of the monkey babies pag year of the pig? hehehe!
