on inspirational blog, grocery stores and mondays
i read a blog written by suzzy, a dear friend. i commented on one of her posts kasi, tapos nagreply sya through a blog entry. she's a girl with an unfailing faith and a courageous soul. if everybody could be like her, there will be a significant decrease in the insecured department of this planet. =) as i read her blog, i feel comforted, almost relieved of my anxiety.
i need a dose of happy thoughts once in a while. and a lot of encouragement in between. when you are uprooted and planted someplace you are not so familiar with, thriving could be hard and could really do "wonders" on your self-confidence. but with love and patience from those around you, you could get by.
and to really get back on the horse... pray.

today is grocery day for us. sweet peas, bacon at ice cream na lang ang laman ng ref namin, naubos na namin nung weekend. hehehe! pero baka ako lang ang aalis, kasi gabi pa uuwi si mister. i'm always at a loss kung saan mag-go-grocery. it's so hard kasi daming choices, unlike pag isa lang ang malapit na grocery store sa lugar nyo, mapipilitan ka dun bumili. =P
we tried 3 stores so far, and i'll try to discover another one later. hopefully, di ako maligaw. we have this $5 off coupon for a minimum purchase of $30. i think i could use it. sana walang catch. oh well...
i miss meijer and cubfoods. sa mga naging onsite engineers sa LexisNexis, nakaka-relate ang mga yan. hehehe!

monday na naman. i used to dread this day, pero ngayon, somehow, i look forward to it. alam ko kasi na may pasok ang mga kumpanya ngayon. nasaan na kaya ang resume ko? hehehe! *patience harbie, there's a job out there for you*
it was alfredo who dreads the day though. sunday night pa lang, nalulungkot na. hehehe! i know, it sucks, but bills do come every month... maybe people wish that mondays come only once a month too. =P

ok naman grocery, got most of the stuff we need, and a few extras... and i signed up for a discount card. $1.?? agad na-save namin. nice! although, i forgot the coupon, kaya sa susunod na lang yon. ilalagay ko na nga sa wallet ko yung mga coupons! =P

Tip: Sister, b4 u go to the store, puntahan mo muna sa online, para alam mo kung ano un naka SALE that week na kailangan or kailangan mo in the future :-)
